Though more number of senior directors deviated from their path and disappeared gradually, Parthiban successfully managed to stronghold his position for the past 27 years. Following ‘Kathai Thiraikkathai Vasanam Iyakkam’, he has directed the ‘Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga’. Santhanu, Parvathi Nair, Thambi Ramaiah are the protagonists of this movie. Simran appears in the special role. Parthiban also appears in an important role.
“I thought that if we give a success, the producers will seek us. But, they did not believe me to the level of fans’ belief on me. Hence, I tried to produce this movie in the method of crowd funding. But, I met failure in this method also. But, totally 10 persons gave Rs.10 lakh each on relying me. With that help, I sold some of my properties and finally managed to finished off this movie”, he expressed.
Parthiban needs to struggle alone in the release process also. The final phase of work for this movie is going on. As no one is coming forward to buy this movie, Parthiban himself is set to release his movie.
