He was known to the film industry as an actor when he made his debut with Shankar’s ‘Boys’ and suddenly popped up with his intrinsic talent as a music director. He flew down to Telugu film industry with his musical spell and from then there was no turning point. Within short span of time, Thaman has completed a spell of 50 movies and he is the leading musician in Telugu film industry. There is something that is still keeping him focussed. Ask him about his acting plans and he gladly says, “I am hearing the buzz that there is going to be a sequel for Boys and I will be glad to be a part of it.”
