While there is a song featuring Jai and Nayanthara in the backdrops of Onam festival, the makers claim that it was not a co-incidental move, but the entire song is emblazoned with the elements of this festival. The film stars Arya and Nayanthara in lead roles with Jai and Nazriya Nazim in special apperance and Santhanam performing the comedian character.
