Vishal returns to Cuddalore from abroad to marry Catherine Teresa. When he meets his friends one by one to invite them for his marriage, the murder of Cuddalore’s popular don Madhusudanan occurs. While investigating the case, the police includeVishal in their suspect list as he had enmity with Madhusudanan.
At this crucial juncture, police warns Vishal who is in Chennai to meet Catherine Teresa, for surrendering immediately. On the other side, Madhusudanan’s gang believes that Vishal murdered their don and tries to kill him on his way to Cuddalore from Chennai. Indeed, who killed Madhu? Why Vishal was included in the police’s list as well as in the Rowdys’ list. How Vishal finally managed to come out of this problem? – Kathakali movie tells the remaining story.
Hero Vishal has expressed his talent as usual. He garners our sympathy when he is afraid of death. He did not make any mistake in action. Despite, Catherine Teresa looks fat in this film than her previous movie, she is beautiful. Her chemistry with Vishal works superbly.
Mime Gopi appears in a new dimension as a beloved brother in this movie. Villain Madhusudanan scares us by laughing. Karunaas and Imaan Annachi have boosted the comedy track. Camera man Balasubramanian’s work is appreciable. Second half scenes have been set in dark. The music of Aathi is not attracting us.
Director Pandiraj has deviated from his path to work in an action thriller movie. In this screen play, it is hard to predict any scene in advance. But, they struggle to keep the fans curious for revealing a small suspense. If they could make the screen play more spirited, this movie would have been listed as a full scale action thriller.
