The movie ‘Kalakalappu’ which was released in 2012 garnered good collection. Vimal, Siva, Anjali, Oviya, Santhanam were the protagonists of that film. hence, there are continuous tidings regarding the second part of this film.

At present, Sundar.C is being engaged in the Tamil remake of Malayalam movie ‘Vellimoonga’. This is expected to be finished off soon. Then only, Sundar.C may step in to the process of ‘Kalakalappu-2’.
