Though once Nayanthara was a commercial heroine, now, she has turned towards social movies. To ensure this conception, her recent movies focus on various social issues. In her movie ‘Aram’, which directed by Gopi Nainar, Nayanthara appears as collector and tries hard to solve the water scarcity issue.
The scenes of this movie had been shot in the villages of Mudukulathur area of Ramanathapuram district. In this movie, Nayanthara visits the downtrodden people to address their grievances directly and has hot converse with government officials for their negligence on the requirement of that people.
The team expects that this role of Nayanthara will earn good support from the fans. After contributing for this movie for 50 long days, Nayanthara expressed her satisfaction on her role.
