The incredulous reach of expectations has left the town in extreme invigorations and the theatres are set to celebrate the amalgamation of new team, a promising one with a new challenge. Filmmaker Saravanan (Engeyum Eppothum fame) and Vikram – the one-film year old icons far-famed for changing the lanes of Tamil cinema to the greatest destination are here with ‘Ivan Vera Mathiri’, which opens with a spectacular scenario on this Friday (December 13). The scintillating teasers and mesmerizing songs have already flagged off the sensational curiosities and the entire crew keeps the fingers ‘n’ toes crossed on its success.
With the numbers of screens running into monstrous figures (Tamil Nadu – 323, Karnataka – 40, Kerala – 36 and overseas – 102), the pre-release talks are on its peak.
There is similarity between ‘Engeyum Eppothum’ and ‘Ivan Vera Mathiri’.
Both these films will have a similar kind of opening, where the audience will be introduced with a banging scene followed by flashback.
Behind Frames brings an exclusive look on some interesting excerpts we hear from the team. While Vikram Prabhu ardently thanks his director Saravanan, we have the latter shedding some interesting facts about the film.
“This is a special film and I’m sure everyone will like this,” starts off Saravanan as he brings out an interesting factor about this movie. “Yes, the film opens on an interesting note. The film’s first scene would be a penultimate-to-climax situation and the story will travel on flashback to give more intensity to the script. This will indeed keep the audience glued to the seats from beginning till end.”
Questioning on the extreme violence shown in the film, we tend to ask if the female audience, who thronged in crowds to watch his debut directorial ‘Engeyum Eppothum’ will come back for this film, he gladly admits that there is no obscenity or vulgarity in this film and there will an adequate element of romance that will be enjoyed by all, especially the youngsters.
