Nayanthara had donned the lead role in the film titled Aramm which was released in the year 2017. Nayanthara had donned the role of a collector in this film directed Gopi Nayanar. Moreover Kaaka Mottai fame Vignesh-Ramesh and writer Vela Ramamurthy have also starred in this film.
Ghibran had composed the music while Om Prakash had handled the camera. This film was based on a true story. Kotapadi J Rajesh had produced the film under the banner KJR Studios. There was an overwhelming response for this film. Leading film stars including Rajinikanth have appreciated the film.
Now there is news about part 2 of the film. Gopi Nayanar will be directing the part 2 which will have Nayanthara in the lead role. KJR Studios will be producing this film. Peter Hein will be in charge of stunt choreography.
The pre-production works are going on in rapid pace. The shooting of the film will commence during the month of September 2018.
