The superstar Rajinikanth was present in an adorable attire to receive the NDTV Indian of the year award. Speaking on the occasion, he said, “Many do not believe in miracles, but I do. Or else, an ordinary bus conductor wouldn’t be sharing the dais with the best legends over here.” The event witnessed coming together of India’s most significant personalities like Sachin Tendulkar, AR Rahman, Amitabh Bachchan and many others. Adding more, Rajnikanth said, “I would like to dedicate this award to my brother, who has been a father and mother to me. I thank my mentor K Balachandar and all people, without whom I wouldn’t be here.”
