Charlie helped Kadhir to get an appointment as a police informer as Kadhir has no other options. Kadhir starts to get an appreciation from police inspector gradually by performing fairly as a police informer. But, at one stage, his attitude derives and he himself behaving likeinspector.

Kadhir neglects the advice of Charlie and intervene to an illegal issue of the nearby area which is not belonged to their limit and informed about the big deal to the police. But, ironically, that issue goes to top brass and becoming the cause to make police and criminals unite. The first scape goat of this deal is Charlie, the innocent. Now, Kadhir is on the run. He runs towards the end of life. Will he able to escape or became scape goat? – see the movie.

This film ‘KIRUMI’ clearly illustrates the truth that the people who act like a police can never get the status and power of real police and ultimately they will become the scape goats of police department.

Kadhir has acted by his eyes only, in many scenes. He proved himself and appeared successful in the various dimensions of his role. He has performed better than his previous movie.

Though the make-up of Reshmi Menon is dull, her performance is bright. We appreciate her courage to cast as the mother of a child. The veteran actor Charlie has commenced his second innings and earns considerable amount of appreciations from the audience. Inspectors Marimuthu and David exhibits themselves as good perpetrators.

We can know well about the pathetic condition of police informers and the limits of friends of police, through this movie which also has an effective screen play.
