When Ilayathalapathy spoke so much powerful from his part on claiming such statements of support anti-Tamil groups, AR Murugadoss during the audio launch of Kaththi held last evening said, “I am not someone running behind money and I am not in need of it and so is Vijay sir…” Adding more on his statement, he claimed that when he made his first film, his salary was just 10k per month followed by 25K for his second project. “The reason why I am speaking about my salary openly today is that many are saying that I have running behind money. I intentionally wanted to make a film in Hindi because many in Bollywood made fun of me and humiliated me that how can a person from small town in Tamil Nadu can come over here and win. I wanted to disprove their ideologies and that’s the reason I went there and not because of money of fame,” said AR Murugadoss.
