Rajini: Moondru Mugam
This film can be compared as a diamond in the career of Rajini Kanth. The fans of 1980s have not been forgottenabout the action hero Alex Pandian and his accomplishments. This film was a pioneer of this trend.
Kamal: Aboorva Sagotharargal
Kamal’s wish for triple action was fulfilled in this movie in different manner. He could prove his perfection in triple action in this movie.The laudable support earned by the character ‘Appu’ of this movie could be placed at par with Alex Pandiyan character in ‘Moondru Mugam’.
Sathyaraj: Villaathi Villain
Sathyaraj was also affected with this desire. He made his own story and also directed the story in the name of ‘Villaathi Villain’. But, he travelled in a different path unlike ‘Aboorva Sagotharargal’ and ‘Moondru Mugam’. He did not confine with the family relationship in this film. His performance would be superb in the characters of Lawyer and Poo viluntha kannan.
Ajith: Varalaaru
This story was firmly fit for Ajith. Though this story followed the same father-sons formula, Ajith’s performance astounded us. This film, directed by K.S.Ravi Kumar, marked a new beginning in the career of Ajith.
Surya: 24
Having some double action hits, Surya is now working in the triple action movie named ‘24’ for the first time. He just has deviated from the way of father-son formula and landed on the formula of brothers and nephew.
Vijay: Theri
Though the news yet to be confirmed, we could assume the Vijay’s triple action performance from the efforts of Vijay’s team to capture the titles of ‘Moondru Mugam’ and ‘Kaakki’. Now, it can easily be confirmed by seeing the ‘first look poster’ of ‘Theri’.
Note: MGR could not avail the chance of casting in triple action. As Nadigar Thilagam did cast in 9 roles, we do not want to include him in this list.
