Director Shankar has worked with almost everyone in the industry from Superstar Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan to the young generation of Vijay and Vikram. But it has been a long awaited question on when he would be teaming up with a mass hero like Ajith Kumar. There have been many buzzes and rumours popping up even then when Shankar wraps up his current project that his obvious next would be with their matinee-idol. Nevertheless, this time it wasn’t a case of exception as many in the social networking sites had passed on a message that Ajith Kumar would be the next hero in his project. But the director has denied it to be baseless rumour, but the close sources reveal that this would become a reality sooner.
