Following Pichaikkaran, Vijay Antony is being engaged in Saithaan and Yeman. The movie Saithaan was directed by Pratheep Krishnamurthy. Initially, this movie was under production for Tamil only in medium budget. But, later, it converted as a bi-lingual movie as Pichaikkaran was super hit in Telugu. At the same time, the budget also enhanced. This movie was produced by Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
After completing the final process of the movie, he sold this movie to other Company. It is said that this movie was sold for Rs.8 crore in Tamil only. The dubbing rights for Pichaikkaran in Telugu sold for Rs.40 lakhs. Hence, the Saithan’s Telugu rights sold for Rs.2.5 crores. They have planned to release this movie in Telugu at the same day when it is being released in Tamil.
