Vikram Prabhu has been continuously shooting for many films and his upcoming film Sigaram Thodu has been censored. The Censor Board Film Certification members have passed ‘U’ certificate for this film that is directed by Gaurav of Thoonga Nagaram fame. Since, there are some mature elements in the film that includes ATM robberies and violence, the members of censor board have felt the need to pass ‘U’ certificate. The film is based on some of the real life incidents that happened in Chennai before few years, where ATM scamsters cheated many innocent people. Monal plays the female lead with Sathyaraj, KS Ravikumar and Ethir Neechal Satish playing important roles. Vikram Prabhu underwent vigorous training at police academy as he plays a cop in this film.
