Shankar’s surprise for Christmas before Pongal

Director Shankar’s I starring Chiyaan Vikram and Amy Jackson in lead roles is scheduled for Pongal release, probably a week prior to festive day as newspaper ads claim. But before the biggie arrives, Shankar’s release ‘Kappal’ directed by his long time associate might hit screens. The film stars Vaibhav in lead role with Karunakaran, VTV Ganesh and Arjun in important roles. Last evening, the film was censored with ‘U’ and now the buzz is that Shankar might plan up for the film’s release for this Christmas. Already, there is a long line up of films that include Prabhu Solomon’s Kayal, Arya-Hansika Motwani starrer Meaghamann and Vikram Prabhu’s Vellakaara Durai.
