Kamal Hassan’s next release ‘Paapanasam’, though it’s a remake of Malayalam hit ‘Drishyam’, there is a difference made in the Tamil version, says the director of both flicks Jeethu Joseph. These changes are made to match the sensibilities of Tamil audiences who are in general more emotional. In addition, the lead roles are played in their own unique styles by Mohanlal and Kamal in both their respective films.
He also adds that Kamal is a legendary actor with whom he completely enjoyed and cherished working with right from the first day. He adds that Kamal goes way ahead to bring utmost perfection in every aspect of filmmaking.
The film is getting ready for release tentatively on July 18, which happens to be a major release date for Kamal Haasan’s Papanasam and Dhanush’s Maari.
