When you hear such a statement from a person, you would obviously get little infuriated on breaking the culture of decorous cinema. But the justification of Kamal Haasan seems to be convincing. He says that once there was a censor board chief and he suggested bring about X-rated films into the theatres and the result was getting fired. Kamal mentions that if there is such objection for such genres, then what do we call about a family entertainer that has plenty of sex, obscenity and below the belt humour. “We should try different genres of cinema and train the technicians and actors of our industry. The reason why National Geographic Channel is available in Tamil is because there are viewers for it. So why not make documentary films,” tots up Kamal Haasan.
