While Karthi’s next film Madras directed by Attakathi fame Ranjith has been wrapped up with post-production pending, the actor will now start shooting for his other project titled ‘Komban’. The film is directed by Kuttipuli fame Muthaiah and is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green Films. The makers had approached few actresses like Lakshmi Menon and Sri Divya for the female lead roles and finally have zeroed in the former one for the availability of her dates and fitting perfect to the characterisation. The entire film will be shot in the backdrops of Ramanathapuram and is said to be a rural subject. The technicians for the film are yet to be finalised and the complete film will be shot at a single stretch and is expected to go on floors from June end.
