Aaraathu Sinam – the story of a police officer who struggles to save his brother
Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph now has become well acquainted with Tamil fans through ‘Papanasam’ film. He has made Tamil fans to believe that his films would be spirited and not to be bored. On the basis of this belief, he starts work to remake his film ‘Memories’ in Tamil with ‘Eram Arivazhagan’ as director. Following the film ‘Vallinam’, Arivazhagan has assigned to direct this film in which Arulnithi is to cast as hero. They have named this film ‘Aaraathu Sinam’ which to be produced by Thenaandaal films.

Jeethu Joseph’s ‘Thrishyam’ illustrated the story of an ordinary man who intellectually surpassed the tribulations from police. The film ‘Memories’ exemplifies the cerebral activities of a police officer in tracking a serial killer. Prithviraj had proved his talent perfectly in the role of drunkard police officer in the film. Arivazhagan would pursue his own path in directing this remake film to cope with Tamil sentiments.
