Actress Aishwarya Rajesh has been now signed to play the female lead role in the movie ‘Vada Chennai’, which stars Dhanush in lead role, directed by Vetrimaaran. The first schedule of this movie commenced last year, where major portions were shot across the backdrops of prison set up.
Apparently, shooting of this film was stalled for a while and even before commencement, Samantha couldn’t take up the project due to her marriage plans and was later replaced by Amala Paul. Now that the shoot has been consistently delayed, she has decided to take a walk out of this project.
Now it is confirmed that Aishwarya Rajesh has been signed up for the film, which will have her portions filmed from this month. It is noteworthy that Aishwarya Rajesh is playing one of the female lead roles in Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram with Vikram and Ritu Varma in lead roles.
