In the recent times, Kannada film industry has been gradually scaling great heights with its newfangled concepts and brilliant technical advancements. Especially, Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar has been striding on the successful paths with his choice of scripts and now he is here for the remake of Telugu movie ‘Dookudu’ that starred Mahesh Babu and Samantha in lead role. The makers of original version have decided to cast Trisha in female lead and it looks like the actress has been a big remuneration for this project. It is worth mentioning that Kannada movies despite its good themes didn’t hit the global spotlights due to some reasons and thus producer are now roping in hit actresses from South to extend their market. Trisha nevertheless hasn’t let any word on this, but official announcements will be made shortly. According to the reports, the film will go on floors by this week as soon as Puneeth Rajkumar completes shooting for his other project Ninindhale.
