Expectations are building up with accordance to the unconventional style of film in Karthi’s career titled ‘Madras’. The film is directed by Attakathi fame Ranjith and is produced by K.E. Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green Films. The censor board film certification members had seen the film before few minutes and have granted ‘U/A’ certificate for the film contains little violence, which might not be appropriate for some age groups. Attakathi Ranjith is known for his decent method of filmmaking and doesn’t add up violence, profanity or vulgarity into his films, but the film seems to have demanded some action sequences and raw language as the story is set in backdrops of North Chennai. Madras is getting ready for release on September 26 and has Catherine Tresa starring opposite Karthi in female lead role.
