We know that S.J. Surya established himself as a successful music director through the movie ‘Isai’. But, the movie ‘Iraivi’ can be considered as the boom for Surya. Though there are Vijaysethupathi and RadhaRavi in this movie, S.J.Surya’s performance attracted the people particularly.
S.J.Surya’s failure as a director has given him a good opportunity in ‘Iriavi’. According to S.J.Surya, “I learned on thing from my life that one’s failure will not be wasted. I am also example for this. Even the unworkable clock will show the correct time twice a day. As well, the hard work behind the failure will not go vain. Director KarthikSubburaj thought that S.J.Surya will perfectly fit to that particular character in Iraivi” he told.
S.J.Surya further added that director Subburaj discovered the actor who was hidden behind me. I feel proud of being a cause for getting hope.
