Malayalam fans are now in the peak of delight by seeing a wonderful pair (Prithviraj and Parvathi) in the film ‘Ennu Ninde Moitheen’ after a long gap. Channels are engaging in the tough competition to capture the satellite rights of that movie. The debut director R.S.Vimal who was travelling with the story of this film for a long time, has garnered the great success through this movie.
This movie has been selected to be screened in Kerala International Film Festival. But, within the hours of announcement was once released, director Vimal reversed his decision and imparted the shock to cine industry by making his statement that his film will not participate in the contest. Generally, the Malayalam movies would be screened in the categories of ‘Malayala film today’ and ‘Contest’ in this film festival.
Director Vimal has sent his movie to be screened in the ‘Contest’ category. As the Film Academy had published the news in daily paper that it has been selected the Vimal’s movie to be screened in the category of ‘Malayala film today’, the bewildered Vimal has withdrawn his movie from the participation.
