Kamal and Shruthi not together

It looks like the right time for Kamal Hassan and his daughter Shruthi has not come to share the screen space together. Both of them were supposed to team up for Kamal’s upcoming film ‘Uthama Villain’, but Shruthi has walked out from the project on the spur of moment due to insufficient dates. Kamal Hassan in a recent interview has confirmed the news that his daughter is not a part of his project.

Shruthi Hassan, who was recently discharged from hospital following an appendix surgery has resumed the shooting of Hindi movie Gabbar with Akshay Kumar, which is a remake of South Indian film Ramana. The actress is also a part of couple of big tickets in Bollywood that includes Welcome Back that stars John Abraham and Anil Kapoor in lead roles.

It is worth mentioning that Shruthi Hassan’s younger sister Akshara is all set to make her debut in Bollywood with the film that stars Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in lead roles, which is directed by R Balki.
