Generally, Malaysian theatres will witness for all films of Tamilnadu. Some theatres would release Tamil films only. But Malaysians have different tendency on films. They do not adore movies. They use to support movies if they feel good. Only after MGR’s “Ulagam Sutrum Valiban”, they celebrate Rajini’s ‘Kabali’ only.
There are two reasons for this. The first one is the base of the plot and the second is Rajini’s kindness towards Malaysian Tamils. Moreover, Rajini inaugurated the shop of a fan in Malaysia unprecedentedly. Malaysian government also supports the movie Kabali as this move will attract the tourists from India.
As the release date of Kabali is approaching, Malaysian Tamils extend their support in various ways. KaulaLumpur and Binangu areas of Malaysia witness for the cut-outs and banners like Tamilnadu. ‘Kabali’ songs are rejoicing the Tamil people of Malaysia. They tell that the release day of ‘Kabali’ will be the second Diwali for us.
