At present, Tamil cine industry witnesses for movies with different concepts. In this regard, director Mani Seiyon is directing the movie named ‘Kattappava Kanoom’ having Sibiraj and a fish as protagonists. As this movie is fish centric, they named it first as ‘Thanni Raja’.
But, as it stimulated the thought of liquor, they thought to change this title. Hero Sibiraj suggested that if the tile bears the name of Kattappa, it will be fine.
“We bought a Vaasthu fish for this movie and have named it as Kattappa. Hence, we named this movie as ‘Kattappava Kaanom’” director Mani sieyon told.
