It looks like the shooting of Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film ‘Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’ is happening on full swing. The shooting commenced last week in Chennai and is expected to be wrapped up in a short span of time.
The sources are also revealing that the shoot will be wrapped up by end of May. Right now, some of the sources have mentioned that STR will be playing an engineer in this film, Vijay Sethupathi as a police officer and Arvind Swami as a politician.
It is not yet revealed on what could be the role played by Arun Vijay and others in the cast. Major portions are likely to be shot in India and Dubai with plans to release the movie in July 2018.
