Soon after the grand success of Paradesi, Bala started working on a commercial entertainer titled ‘Thaara Thappattai’, which stars Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar in lead roles. The shooting was held at full swing and was stalled for a while. Now according to the sources, they have once again the resumed the shooting with a song sequence. Reports claim that soon after completing this schedule, the post-production works would be simultaneously processed and plans are going on to release it by end of this year. One of the highlighting factors about the film is that it will be an out and out entertainer from the maverick filmmaker Bala.
