Famous Malayalam actress Manju Warrier had donned the lead role in the original film of Jyothika’s Tamil film 36 Vayadhinile. 36 Vayadhinile is the remake of the Malayalam superhit film How Old Are You.
Earlier there was news that she was supposed to pair with Aravind Swami in a film to be directed by Ramanan. But now she will be debuting in a film which is to be directed by Arivazhagan. Arivazhagan had earlier directed films such as Eeram, Vallinam, Aaraathu Sinam and Kutram 23.
Since there was an overwhelming response for the film Kutram 23, Arivazhagan readied a thriller story which gave importance to the heroine. He narrated the story to Manju Warier and she was highly impressed and gave her nod.
