In the recent times, Bala has been involved in the production of many films under the banner of B Studios. While his upcoming film Pisasu directed by Mysskin is gearing up for December release, his other production, the untitled next of Atharvaa and Anandhi of Kayal fame, directed by Sargunam is shot in the backdrops of Tanjore. Touted to be a comedy entertainer, the film is reported of being based on the lines of Kalavani. Apparently, Bala’s ‘Thaara Thappattai’ is being shot in the location of Tanjore, where Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar plays the lead role.
